What is a ligature logo?

The logo is the image embodying an organization.

How would describe the corporate identity of ESMA in 5 words?

Diverse, fresh, innovative, extensive, and new

Which logo out of the two do you feel is the strongest and why?

I think the first one is stronger than the second because the second one has more of a computer feel than a music feel.

If you had no requirements or restrictions how would your logo look different?

I would have added some type of graphic to it so it can stand out a bit more.
